Cancellation / modification of order

Please ensure the accuracy of your order before placing it. Any request for cancellation or modification of an order cannot be made once the order has been confirmed.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

certain health items; personal care, intimate use

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The items are returned to our warehouse in Germany.

Cosmetic product can not be returned.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without approval.

To return your product, you must send your product to the address given to you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing marine insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds  (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If an attempt to send has been made without success. The re-shipping costs will be deducted from the amount reimbursed depending on the situation.

Late or missing refunds  (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

So contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Selling Items  (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
