When will my item be delivered? / Can my item be delivered?

After successfully purchasing the product on our website, you will receive an email notification from us. Normally items will be shipped within 3 business days. Send it out one by one. And you will still receive an email with logistic number. You can always check your parcel process with this logistic number.

Does MS_SKYLINE deliver everywhere?

The following countries are delivered: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium.

Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some benefits of having an account with us:

What to do if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” And you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What happens if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) PayPal payments. You can also pay by bank transfer (to get the data, please contact our customer service: customer@ms-Skyline.com).

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of the order, to accept or refuse the order, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, including after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will have the package on hold.

Can I return goods and who bears the costs?

Yes, you can return the delivered goods without giving reasons within the return and cancellation period or revoke your contract.

If you have already paid for the goods, you will get the amount back, unless you are obliged to pay compensation.

You should pay the costs for the return yourself.
